He's a true expert and really passionate about his trade. He removed layers of old dark varnish and dirt, repointed with lime, and sealed, making the room much lighter. Our kitchen floor is STUNNING! The last of the three photos is the finished floor but doesn’t do it justice (from dirty grey to gorgeous Yorkshire stone). The honey colour of the iron ore and the bespoke pointing picks out the oak in the kitchen. It is everything Rob promised and more. We had our old stone floor cleaned and sealed by Rob and were amazed by the results. What a transformation, it looks so much better. Rob certainly knows his trade. We have struggled to clean a large limestone floor, using many different products and steam. Nothing we ever tried came close to the finish we now have. Rob and Charlie transformed our room in two days and left us with a glowing surface which looks like new. Our top tip! - we were offered two quotes - one for cleaning only, the second to additionally polish and seal - it was so worth going for the full process! The care and attention to detail was very much appreciated and Rob has given us all the information we need to care for this in the future. Both look like new! The shine is unbelievable!!! I was thinking of replacing the kitchen floor before Rob sorted it out. Rob was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There truly arent enough words to explain how overjoyed we are with the results and with Rob himself. An absolute gem, the loveliest man with a wealth of knowledge about his craft and very obvious passion for his work. Professional yet personable, no question too stupid or silly and he was a genuine pleasure to talk to. Our floor was in a very sorry state before he arrived after years of being covered and now its back to its former glory and absolutely stunning thanks to Rob. 100% will recommend every single time!
